When you interact with the Service, application infrastructure logs technical data necessary for security, performance monitoring, and service delivery, which may include:

4. AI Processing & Model Routing

WTF Intelligence utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and Large Language Model (LLM) routing infrastructure to analyze financial queries and generate response briefs. Depending on model availability and query requirements, user prompts and relevant contextual financial data may be processed through external AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini APIs) or local inference models.

When user prompts are sent to external model APIs, data transmission occurs over encrypted HTTPS/TLS channels. You should not submit confidential or sensitive information that you are uncomfortable processing through software-based AI models.

5. Financial Information Disclaimer

Financial information entered into WTF Intelligence may be sensitive. You maintain sole discretion regarding what financial details you choose to enter into the Service. AI-generated insights, risk summaries, and scenario simulations are generated programmatically and do not constitute certified accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice.

6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal or financial data to third-party data brokers or advertisers. Information may be disclosed only under the following limited circumstances:

Infrastructure & Hosting Providers: Database, cloud computing, and server infrastructure providers operating data storage for the Service.
AI & Model Providers: External AI API providers used to evaluate and respond to user financial prompts.
Legal & Regulatory Authorities: Where required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation to protect legal rights or safety.
Business Transactions: In connection with a corporate reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, where data is transferred under confidentiality obligations.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (or under 18 years of age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
